Peatot Kettlebottom

This unusual specimen just flew in from Andromeda and is dressed to the nines in a patent leather skirt and corset ensemble, complete with top hat.
It's mustache is groomed a lovely shade of blue to match its hatband.
It obviously mixed up it's long range radio frequency because in a misguided attempt to fit in here on earth, it left it's skull at home!
